Egeria Private Equity consists of our Private Equity funds activities in the Netherlands and the DACH region and our Evergreen activities in Europe and North America.
With our Private Equity funds we focus on majority investments in healthy businesses, partnering with a co-owning management. With a holding period of five to seven years, on average. The Private Equity funds business operates as a fully licensed AIFMD manager.
For entrepreneurs with ambitions that don’t fit fixed boundaries, the Evergreen team works with an extended investment horizon of 10+ years, a sector-specific focus and a flexible capital commitment. It provides the adaptability needed to create global niche market leaders active in North America and Europe.
In addition to private equity we invest in Real Estate through investments in and development of real estate projects. At Egeria Real Estate Investments (EREI), we invest in both residential and commercial real estate with a focus on the DACH region, the Netherlands, and the US.
