Our approach
As with our other activities, we aim to be a value-adding partner every step of the way. In order to be a constructive co-investment partner, we invest in companies with a dominant shareholder in which we can be an active partner to the management team and other shareholders. We believe in a focused portfolio of five to ten minority interests.
Investment focus
Ideally, businesses that are included in Egeria Listed’s portfolio are expected to meet the following criteria:
Companies with a strong market position and clear right to win
Potential for growth in profitability
Strong cash conversion and ROI
Internationally operating companies based in Western Europe or the USA
Wide range of sectors
