He has several other non-executive board memberships, including at Rabobank Group, Ten Kate bv – a family-run animal protein company and the European holding of Finca, the biggest global Microfinance company.

Leo spent 38 years with Deutsche Bank serving in various posts in Germany and abroad , lastly as Chief Country officer for The Netherlands and Belgium. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Augsburg University.
