Egeria’s five practices – across five fields of interest, experience, and expertise share a common focus on attractive, sustainable growth potential, whether in businesses, real estate, or social projects.
We invest in_

We’re targeting businesses that show serious growth potential, in the Netherlands and the DACH region, with an enterprise value of up to €350 million. Our investment horizon spans between 5 and 7 years, on average. We are currently investing our fifth fund with a total equity commitment of €800 million, showing our keen interest in businesses with serious growth potential, active in markets with attractive prospects.

big plans of unbound entrepreneurs: ambitions that don’t fit fixed boundaries. We’re one team, spanning Europe and North America, offering the support and flexibility (in capital and extended horizons) to create global market leaders. Our aim is platform companies (€400 – €500 million) in global niche industries.
We’re building on a portfolio of five to seven platform companies that benefit from the extended investment horizon (our typical holding period is 10+ years). The Evergreen fund has an indefinite lifetime and a committed capital of €700 million.
