After having worked in investment banking for 12 years, Caroline joined Egeria in 2003, where in due course she went on to become a partner.

In 2016, Caroline left Egeria to pursue other interests. She currently offers consultancy services to several family offices regarding strategic direction.

Furthermore, Caroline is the chairman of the Netherlands Golf Federation since the end of 2019. In September 2019, Caroline joined the Advisory Board of Egeria Group. Caroline: “I am really happy to be part of the Egeria family again, to be able to contribute to its continuous growth and to meeting the challenges of this day and age.
