In December 2024 Egeria and Den Berk Délice entered into a strategic partnership to realize the next growth phase.
Den Berk Délice is the market leader in specialty tomatoes in Northern and Western Europe. As a Fresh Retail Partner, Den Berk Délice aspires to be the absolute number one in taste, concepts, and presentation while focusing on snack vegetables as an additional growth pillar. Den Berk Délice does so in collaboration with cooperative Hoogstraten. The company operates state-of-the-art greenhouses, partially equipped with LED lighting and e-boilers for sustainable cultivation. A CO2-neutral sorting and packaging facility supports the greenhouses. The recent expansion into Morocco enables Den Berk Délice to meet year-round demand and better serve the growing needs of its European retail partners.
Den Berk Délice and Egeria will closely collaborate in the coming years to realize the company’s ambitious expansion plans, both organically as well as via mergers and acquisitions.
