She is responsible for shaping and driving Egeria’s people strategy through leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Michelle was Chief People Officer and Client Partner at a-connect, where she led the firm’s people agenda and advised C‑suite executives and boards on human capital and transformation. Prior to that, she worked at Partners Group as Head of Organizational Development, focusing on the strategic elements of people and culture. Before moving to Human Capital roles, Michelle held senior roles in Financial Services including investment and corporate banking and private equity advisory for over 20 years. Michelle holds an MBA from London Business School.
