Nicolas started his career in 2010 as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Over the 4 years he spent at Bain & Company, he was involved in several international projects, mainly in the area of Tech and FMCG.

Before starting at Egeria, Nicolas worked for a family-owned business that produces and sells frozen patisserie products for the European retail and food service market. Here, he brought about a turnaround and was also responsible for business development, experiencing the challenges of day-to-day management, implementation and change.

The amount of great midsized companies and creativity to make a difference keep inspiring Nicolas in his work. He finds his challenge in really understanding why teams and companies are good (or great) in what they do. Making things simple, deciding and doing in a team environment give Nicolas his day-to-day energy.
