Morssinkhof Rymoplast
In December 2007, Egeria acquired a majority stake in Morssinkhof Rymoplast, a former family-owned company.
Morssinkhof Rymoplast is one of the leading players in the European market of plastic recycling industry. The company has special processing lines which are able to recycle a large scale of plastic waste products to pure grind, regranulate or compounds for direct high-quality reuse in the plastic processing industry.
The company works from six production and trade companies within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Poland and its sales amount to over € 90 million.
Morssinkhof Rymoplast was sold in 2010.
