DuraVent

In 2010, Egeria acquired a majority stake in HVAC manudfacturer Duravent. Since then, the company grew both organically and through acquisitions.

DuraVent engineers and manufactures building products for the North American residential and commercial HVAC industry.
Products include venting products, fuel burning appliances, grilles, registers and diffusers and rooftop products and access doors. It operates facilities throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. In 2021, Duravent acquired its industry peer Hart & Cooley. The transaction brings together two industry leaders and will deliver the highest standards in the marketplace.
