In November 2010, Egeria, together with the management, acquired CleanLease from AAC Capital Partners.
CleanLease is a provider of integrated textile products and services. Its major activities are laundry of flat linen, work wear and personal clothing. CleanLease’s main geographical markets are the Netherlands and Belgium. The company’s core market segments are healthcare, consisting primarily of hospitals, elderly care and nursing homes, and holiday parks. CleanLease is the market leader in the healthcare segment with almost nationwide coverage. Belgium is the second home market where the company also holds a number one position in the healthcare segment following the acquisition of Initial Healthcare Services (IHS).
