In July 2021, Egeria has acquired a majority stake in Elastofirm. The former majority shareholders and management have (re-)invested alongside Egeria.
Elastofirm is specialized in extrusion and compounding of rubber and silicone, as well as transformation of liquid silicone rubber. Examples of its products include profiles, tubes, and seals. These products are supplied to a broad customer base spanning various end-markets such as general industry, construction-related end-markets, household appliances, transportation, lightning, and pharma. Elastofirm sells its products across Europe and has production locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. Elastofirm has been build over the last decade through a successful buy-and-build strategy.
