Prior to joining Egeria, Eric worked at Deloitte’s in Amsterdam as a tax lawyer serving both national and international clients.

He holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Corporate Law from the University in Utrecht and a post doctorate degree in Tax Law from the University of Tilburg. During his working career Eric has enrolled in a wide number of training courses in the areas of law, tax and corporate finance.

Eric has been involved in fundraising, fund and deal structuring, regulations and transactions for all investments areas and in the management of Egeria Group as a whole. As of 2026 Eric transitioned from Executive Management to Secretary of the Board to assist The Board of Directors, Executive Management and other stakeholders in matters concerning Egeria in the broadest sense.

Eric believes Egeria is made up of a rarefied group of people who enjoy finding ways to accomplish the unlikely in all investment areas as a team with a ‘can do’ mentality. Even though Egeria has outgrown its infancy years, Eric believes the feeling of wonder and the drive to take on challenges remains undimmed in the entire team.
