Patricia has extensive experience in the German real estate investment market, with a particular focus on asset management. Since 2018, she has worked as an Asset Manager at a Berlin-based real estate investment company investing primarily in value-add properties across all asset classes.

Prior to that, Patricia worked as a Leasing Manager focusing on residential and office properties at a renowned Berlin property development company.

In March 2016, Patricia successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Berlin.

Patricia is looking forward to contributing her experience and market expertise to the German market at Egeria, and to supporting the sustainable development of the portfolio.
