Das frühere Rabobank-Hochhaus wird in ein hochmodernes mischgenutztes Gebäude umgewandelt.
Ein ehemaliger Finanzkomplex der Rabobank an der Anschrift Blaak 333 in Rotterdam wird zum Apartment-Block mit Gewerbeeinheiten im Erdgeschoss auf Straßenebene umgenutzt. Im Entwurf sind ungefähr 350 Miet-Apartments vorgesehen. Im Zuge der Maßnahme soll auch die benachbarte Leuvekolk-Gracht renoviert werden. Die Gewerbeinheiten sollen dann durch neue Infrastruktur mit den Einrichtungen an der Gracht verbunden werden. Beide Entwicklungen werden dem Blaak-Gebiet einen neuen Impuls verleihen und das Straßenbild beleben.
