Het voormalige Rabobank-kantoor wordt omgebouwd tot een modern gebouw voor gemengd gebruik.
Op Blaak 333 te Rotterdam, voorheen een kantoor van Rabobank, wordt een appartementengebouw ontwikkeld met in de plint commerciële voorzieningen. Het plan telt ca. 350 huurappartementen. De naastgelegen Leuvenkolk zal gerenoveerd worden. De plint sluit hier op aan. Samen zal dit voor de Blaak een impuls betekenen en voor de straat levendigheid opleveren.
