Before she started at Egeria, she worked within Partners at Work Executive search: she gets excited by helping organisations to grow by making the right connection between people and organisations. It’s her passion to discover what drives individuals and to figure out who is the best cultural fit but also who is best suited for the phase that an organisation is going through.
