Michel has long-standing experience leading in-house tax functions in the finance industry, across both private and public markets. His career began in corporate tax advisory at EY and includes key roles at Partners Group and Leonteq.

He holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich and a Master in Business Law & Taxation from the University of Mannheim. Michel is a CAIA Charterholder and a participant in the Executive PhD Program at the Management Center Innsbruck, where he is conducting research on corporate succession in the context of private equity.

At Egeria, Michel is responsible for structuring, legal, and tax matters across all investment areas, including Private Equity and Real Estate.
