John is actively involved with portfolio companies Trust and Financial Lease as well as dealing with sourcing and execution of potential acquisitions.
John started his career as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Over the 5 years he spent at BCG, he was involved in several large projects, mainly at the intersection of digitization, analytics and organizational/cultural change. Before starting at Egeria, John worked for VolkerWessels in corporate development, where he was tasked with driving strategic change and operational improvement on Group, Division and OpCo level. Here he experienced what it is like to get from finding the right answer to understanding what is needed to bring a company forward, including the challenges of day-to-day management, implementation and change.

John holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He gets his energy from teaming-up with passionate entrepreneurs and management teams and making a difference together.
