He is Managing Partner of Egeria’s Private Equity Funds and member of the investment committee.

Floris is responsible for portfolio companies Clondalkin Group, Van Losser and Tuindeco, where he serves as the chairman of the respective supervisory boards. In recent years, he has been involved with various (former) portfolio companies, including Den Braven Sealants (sold in 2016), MCi (sold in 2015), Goodlife Foods, Ilionx and The Employment Group. Prior to joining Egeria, Floris worked at the Corporate Finance department of Kempen & Co, lastly as senior manager. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Floris greatly enjoys building and re-shaping businesses in tandem with enterprising management teams, jointly going through the ups and downs to reach a planned (or unplanned!) goal. The continued development of the Egeria team gives him a great deal of energy.
