Before joining Egeria, Dorothée worked at NautaDutilh, where she held various positions within the Human Resources department. In her role as Head of Recruitment she was responsible for the recruitment and selection of legal talent and as an HR business partner she advised on various topics such as performance management, remuneration, career path and employee satisfaction.

Dorothée studied Dutch Law in Leiden and obtained her Master in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. Within Egeria, Dorothée is involved with the recruitment and development of Human Capital.
