Prior to joining Egeria, Corina served as a Senior Organization Development Specialist at Partners Group within the Talent & Culture function. She was responsible for driving global talent and organizational development initiatives, including the Performance Assessment Process, the biannual Re-Organization Review process, employee engagement programs, and a wide range of strategic HR projects. In this role, she partnered closely with business leaders, acting as a trusted consultant on people and organizational matters. Corina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Management.
