The Employment Group

In March 2016, Egeria, together with the management, acquired The Employment Group from Bencis Capital Partners. On the same day, Egeria, together with the management, acquired KP&T from Mentha Capital. KP&T has been integrated into The Employment Group.

Employment group background

The Employment Group is active in secondment, payrolling and recruitment of specialized technical personnel for customers in the construction, industrial and public sector under its blue-collar labels Faber and Cottus and under its white-collar labels Voort and Koen.
