Egeria unites Arcus IT and Accent Automatisering
ZWOLLE, 16 May 2022 – Investor Egeria has acquired majority interests in Arcus IT and Accent Automatisering, creating a strong IT service provider with 300 employees across the Netherlands. With the support of Egeria the group will be able to accelerate its acquisition strategy, aiming to become one of the leading players in IT services for the mid-market.

Strong growth
Arcus IT has achieved strong growth in recent years. In 2016 the company had 18 employees, whereas today it has more than 250. Rob Verbeek said: “Since 2016 we have acquired 12 businesses and combined them to create an integrated IT service provider, setting the trend in the consolidation of the market for IT Managed Service Providers. With Egeria we will have a strong partner on board that next to capital brings a lot of knowledge and experience in scaling-up companies like ours.”
Joining forces with Accent
Accent, which has been active as an IT service provider in Sneek for 27 years, is also enthusiastic about the new collaboration. Commercial Director Wim Behage said: “Clients increasingly require complex, multidisciplinary services. To meet this demand we need to increase scale. We are proud to be working with Arcus IT and Egeria to build a nationwide business with a strongly regional character. That gives us assurance that we can continue to offer our clients the best service in the future.”
